Taking photographs has been a lifelong interest of mine. I shoot pictures quite regularly, always trying to get something of interest, or something unusual, or creative in nature.
In January 2012 I exhibited a series of photos for the Wild and Scenic Film Festival in Nevada City, CA. This environmental film festival is the largest of its kind and is organized by the South Yuba River Citizen's League (SYRCL). SYRCL, an organization I volunteered with for many years, has been instrumental in monitoring the health of the Yuba with the goal of bringing salmon popluations back to their high levels. My photographs were selected for showing and I displayed six of my prints that are based on the theme of water.
I am currently showing some of my work in the John Richter Gallery in Nevada City, CA.
All of the images on this website are photos that I have taken, with the exception of photos taken of me, and one of dogs Paz and Luz when puppies on the Updates page.
